Salty croissants

These small salty croissants are a true classic in my house …. I make this often because they are fast and are great for an aperitif. You need only three things to prepare it, 10 minutes to compose and 20 minutes in the oven!

Ingredients for 16 croissants
1 puff pastry (a circular)
150 grams of cooked ham
Philadelphia cheese spread type
sesame seeds
How it works:
Spread the cheese on the pastry then subside over the whole ham (like pizza!) And at this point with a knife or pizza cutter, start to make triangles. Start with the division by cutting in half the base, then four more and then  to 8 triangles (like slice of pizza!). And then another cut and get 16 triangles. Then start with a triangle and roll up from the outside of the disk inside …. That’s the first croissant!! Repeat and repeat, the croissants at the end sprinkle with sesame seeds .. but is optional. bake at 180 degrees and when they become golden are ready !!!!!
