Feta cheese pie
You have been in Greece? and you’ve eaten a Feta Cheese Pie? I love it and believe me is very easy to do …. do you want to know how?
Ingredients for 8 pie
Filo pastry 2 sheets
Feta cheese 70 gr
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Parsley
How :
Use two sheets of filo pastry and divide into 4-wire each sheet in the direction of the length. In a bowl combine together the feta, the beaten egg, chopped parsley, a little salt and pepper. Mix everything with a fork. With a brush or your finger anoint with oil the first cut sheet (I do just the outline of the rectangle). With a teaspoon take the mixture of feta and pay it at the left top – middle of your sheet at this point start to make the first triangle and continue to fall, forming a triangle always until the sheet used will not be finished. Ok you made the first! ok now I have another 7 …. When finished, put then in the oven (using baking paper) and as they become golden …… are ready and super good !!!!!!
